Return Policy

Returns are limited because products are made to order. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. Approved returns may include a 25% restocking fee, and credits are processed after inspection.

Wixon Bathworks products are manufactured to order and inspected prior to shipping. Because of the nature of our products and packaging, returns are limited and subject to approval. All return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the product and packaging.

A return may be accepted if:

  • The product was shipped in error by Wixon Bathworks.
  • The product was damaged in transit and the damage was noted on the delivery receipt at time of delivery.
  • The product is new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging suitable for resale.

Returns require a written or emailed request to orders@wixonbathworks.com with your return quantity and models. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or credited.

Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for return freight unless Wixon Bathworks was at fault. Items must be properly packaged and secured for return shipment. Damaged returns may be denied credit.

All shipments must be inspected upon delivery. Any visible damage or missing items must be noted on the Bill of Lading and reported to Wixon Bathworks at the time of return authorization. Failure to report may result in denial of claim.

Once a return is received and inspected, a credit will be issued to the original purchaser (minus applicable fees). Please allow 7–10 business days after receipt for processing.
